Gain experience with curriculum modules that cover science concepts such as renewable energy, and heat transfer, as well as engineering principles such as optimization and trade-offs, that fulfill Massachusetts DLCS standards requiring students to learn energy science and how to design engineering solutions to complex real-world problems.
Participants are introduced to climate and suggest schemes for describing world climate regions based on their understanding of weather. Participants will receive notebooking, and reading materials from the NGSS FOSS Water and Climate module. Correlations of FOSS and the Mass Standards will be available.
